DevOps Engineer Kubernetes Administration at Joppy's Client

Joppy is collaborating with a top IT Consulting firm to find a DevOps Engineer with significant experience in Kubernetes administration. This role will be integral to the Development and Deployment (DyD) unit.

Within the DyD unit, you will participate in the construction, operation, and evolution of key technological platforms that support critical solutions. Your efforts will drive DevOps practices, ensuring efficient and robust deployments for high-impact projects.

What You'll Do

• Administer Kubernetes environments across various on-premise distributions (OpenShift, Rancher, MicroK8s, etc.).
• Manage, configure, and maintain K8s platforms, ensuring their high availability and performance.
• Resolve incidents and perform advanced technical analysis within Kubernetes environments.
• Participate actively in DevOps practices and workflows, utilizing tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Artifactory.
• Collaborate in the administration of J2EE, Python, and Angular-based applications integrated into deployments.
• Generate high-quality technical documentation and deliverables related to deployments, configurations, and procedures.
• Work in close collaboration with development teams to facilitate efficient deployments in Azure and on-premise environments.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience of at least 4 years administering Kubernetes environments in on-premise distributions (OpenShift, Rancher, MicroK8s…).
• Knowledge and practical experience in DevOps methodologies (Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory…).
• Experience in the administration of J2EE, Python, and Angular applications.
• Ability to resolve complex technical problems and analyze Kubernetes environments.
• Experience in generating technical documentation and deliverables.
