DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administration

One of Joppy's collaborating partners, a TOP IT Consultancy, is looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience in Kubernetes administration to join their team. Within the Development and Deployment (DyD) unit, you will participate in the construction, operation, and evolution of key technological platforms that support critical solutions, driving DevOps practices and ensuring efficient and robust deployments.

What you'll do:

• Administer Kubernetes environments across various on-premise distributions (OpenShift, Rancher, MicroK8s, etc.).
• Manage, configure, and maintain K8s platforms, ensuring their availability and performance.
• Resolve incidents and perform advanced technical analysis in Kubernetes environments.
• Participate in DevOps practices and workflows, utilizing tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, among others.
• Collaborate in the administration of J2EE, Python, and Angular-based applications integrated into deployments.
• Generate quality technical documentation and deliverables associated with deployments, configurations, and procedures.
• Work closely with development teams to facilitate efficient deployments in Azure and on-premise environments.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience of at least 4 years administering Kubernetes environments in on-premise distributions (OpenShift, Rancher, MicroK8s…).
• Knowledge and practice in DevOps methodologies (Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory…).
• Experience in J2EE, Python, and Angular application administration.
• Ability to resolve complex technical problems and analyze Kubernetes environments.
• Experience in generating technical documentation and deliverables.
