Position Overview
The role involves managing a pipeline of acquisition targets, engaging with C-suite executives, founders, investment bankers, and stakeholders. You will work closely with senior M&A leadership to identify and qualify attractive M&A opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition targets.
- Relationship Development: Engage with founders, CEOs, and decision makers.
- Collaboration: Work with M&A leadership to evaluate deals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct industry research and represent the company at events.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and refine processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
- 2+ years in deal origination, business development or related roles.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
