About the Assistant Public Relations Manager Role

The Assistant Public Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic communications to enhance brand reputation and visibility. This role oversees public relations campaigns, corporate partnerships, sponsorship initiatives, crisis communications, and thought leadership. It involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, compelling messaging that supports growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PR campaigns promoting Mang Inasal’s products, promotions, and community-focused image.
• Maintain and build relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate collaborations and events reflecting Mang Inasal’s core values.
• Develop content and initiatives positioning Mang Inasal as an industry leader.
• Manage crisis communications and handle urgent media/public matters.
• Pursue continuous improvement through trainings and workshops.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
• Solid understanding of public relations and crisis management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid set-up (2 days onsite per week).
