Who You Are

Jolera, a global security-focused managed service provider with 20 years of innovation, is seeking a visionary Principal for AI Transformation & Client Strategy in our advanced Data & AI practice. In this senior leadership role, you will be the trusted advisor guiding clients and channel partners through enterprise AI adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Advisory: Shape enterprise AI strategy and conduct AI readiness assessments.
  • Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end AI solutions using Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and AI Process Automation.
  • Business Development: Drive growth by identifying opportunities, pre-sales, and joint selling with channel partners.
  • Governance & Change Management: Design AI security frameworks and lead change management initiatives.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as an AI subject matter expert and mentor team members.

Qualification

  • 10+ years of experience, with 7+ years in senior client-facing roles.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale digital transformations and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience with channel-led sales models.

Technical Proficiency

  • Primary Platform (Expert): Deep strategic knowledge of IBM WatsonX platform.
  • Secondary Platforms (Proficient): Strategic understanding of AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI, and Microsoft Azure AI platforms.
