About the Role

This Product Designer position is with the Revolut team, a global financial superapp. At Revolut, design is approached with passion for building great products that delight customers by turning complexity into simple, beautiful solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define problems.
  • Identifying key metrics and taking ownership for project success.
  • Researching and reporting new findings for company growth and expansion.
  • Designing end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes with detailed precision.
  • Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops.
  • Collaborating with Technical teams during design reviews.
  • Reviewing release performance and enhancing solutions based on learnings.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years designing complex commercial apps in-house.
  • A portfolio with examples of product design work.
  • Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
  • High-level strategic thinking and clear design articulation.
  • Understanding of technical implications and ability to own design processes.
  • Focus on UX and human behavior with clean visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in typography, grids and a passion for problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience programming for simple prototypes.
  • Experience with cross-platform design systems.
  • Background in fast-paced startup environments.

Compensation

For Vilnius and Lithuania, the gross monthly salary ranges from €3,500 to €5,500. For other locations, compensation will be discussed during the interview process, and final compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.
