About the Role

At Revolut, the Junior Strategy & Operations Manager will tackle complex challenges across global fintech operations. In this role, you will:

  • Build and optimize scalable processes for continued hyper-growth.
  • Lead and execute core infrastructure projects from end to end.
  • Prioritize projects and set timelines to achieve rapid results.
  • Identify new features to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems.
  • Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
