Your Role as a Junior Project Manager

You will be responsible for:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising the entire lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient and goal-oriented management.
• Optimally managing resource allocation for project activities, maintaining constant alignment with established budgets.
• Carefully monitoring the progress of activities within assigned projects, intervening promptly to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of assigned projects, strictly adhering to customer-agreed timescales and pre-established quality requirements.
• Effectively managing communication with all stakeholders involved in projects, fostering constant information exchange and ensuring high levels of involvement and understanding.

Contract & Compensation

Junior Project Manager positions are offered as a 6-month internship contract with a yearly salary of $85,000, with the aim of conversion to a permanent contract. The annual base salary of $85,000 USD will be prorated based on internship dates. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills. Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, allowing for rapid compensation increases aligned with your experience and impact.

Selection Process

• CV Screening: Initial review of your curriculum vitae (typically within 20 days).
• Phone Interview: A 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
• Video Interview: A final video interview (at least 45 minutes) with the HR Manager and your future supervisor.
