For all Junior Project Manager positions, we offer a contract within the EMEA region. You will have the opportunity to grow exponentially through on-the-job training, work from one of our offices (Milan, Rome, or Madrid) or fully remotely, and receive a latest-generation MacBook.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the entire life cycle of assigned projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient and goal-oriented management.
• Optimally manage the allocation of resources for project-related activities, maintaining constant alignment with the established budget.
• Carefully monitor the progress of activities within the assigned projects, intervening promptly to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of assigned projects, strictly adhering to the timescales agreed with customers and ensuring compliance with pre-established quality requirements.
• Effectively manage communication with all stakeholders and interested parties involved in the projects, maintaining a constant exchange of information and ensuring a high level of involvement and understanding on the part of all actors involved.

Some projects you could go work on:

• Organisation, supervision and management of translations of our website and App;
• Organize B2B events with the aim of increasing sales;
• Organisation, supervision and management of offline marketing activities.

Selection Process

• CV Screening: The first step is a curriculum vitae (CV) screening (usually within 20 days of application).
• Phone Interview: The second step involves a 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
• Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
