For junior positions, we offer a 6-month fully remote internship with a competitive monthly salary. For candidates with 2–4 years of experience, a permanent contract with an attractive annual salary is available. You will gain significant experience through hands-on, on-the-job training. While fully remote work is an option, you can also choose to work from our offices in Milan, Rome, or Madrid. We also provide a latest-generation MacBook to support your work.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Process: Contribute to the entire recruitment lifecycle, from drafting compelling job advertisements and reviewing CVs to managing candidate communications and organizing interviews.
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the integration of new hires into the company culture by providing orientation, essential training materials, and assistance with initial administrative procedures.
- Management of Company Documents and Policies: Ensure all company documents and policies, including handbooks, internal regulations, and employment contracts, are current and that employees are well-informed.
- Corporate Relations Support: Act as an intermediary and facilitator to manage communications between employees and effectively resolve any interpersonal relation issues.
- Employer Branding & Marketing Activities: Support initiatives that enhance Joinrs' reputation as an employer of choice.
- Human Resource Development and Training: Assist in identifying learning opportunities and career planning to foster continuous employee training and development.

Contract & Compensation:
For all Junior HR Specialist positions, we offer a 6-month fully remote internship with a salary ranging from €800–€1,500 per month. For candidates possessing 2–4 years of experience, a permanent contract is offered with an annual salary ranging from €22,500 to €35,000. You will experience exponential growth through extensive hands-on, on-the-job training. You have the flexibility to work from one of our offices (Milan, Rome, or Madrid) or fully remotely. A latest-generation MacBook will be provided.
Selection Process:
- CV Screening: The initial step involves a thorough curriculum vitae (CV) screening, typically completed within 20 days of application.
- Phone Interview: Successful candidates proceed to a 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
- Video Interview: The final stage is a video interview, lasting at least 45 minutes, with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor.
