Overview
Canonical, a global leader in open source software and Ubuntu, is seeking a Junior Executive Assistant Corporate Administrator for our Corporate Operations team. This full-time role can be based in one of our offices or performed remotely.
Responsibilities
- Support operations for one or more departments
- Coordinate monthly reports, meetings, and interviews
- Organise and run international company events and logistics
- Manage quarterly and annual executive meetings
- Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives
- Manage suppliers and stakeholders
Qualifications
Candidates should have a university degree in business, humanities or technical subjects. A strong academic record, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to learn new technology quickly are essential. Experience in operations, executive support, project management, and event related roles is valued.
