About Junior Digital Marketing at Joinrs

Internship Details
This position is a 6-month internship contract with an annual prorated salary of $70,000. It is fully remote with the option to work from any Joinrs office. You will receive on-the-job training and a latest generation MacBook.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing strategy with the CMO.
- Support social media management and content creation across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, and X.
- Create digital content including blog posts, articles, and email marketing material.
- Analyze marketing metrics to monitor digital campaign performance alongside the Data Analyst.
- Assist in performance marketing and online advertising via Google Ads and social platforms.
- Learn and apply SEO techniques including keyword research and link building.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe, Figma, Canva, and similar tools.

Contract & Compensation
The internship offers a competitive annual base salary of $70,000 (USD) prorated to the internship period with potential for a permanent contract and regular salary reviews every six months.
Selection Process
- CV Screening within 20 days of application.
- 15-minute phone interview with the HR Manager.
- 45-minute video interview with the HR Manager and your future supervisor.
