About the Junior Digital Marketing Role

Joinrs is dedicated to helping recent graduates find jobs that align with their ambitions. As a Junior Digital Marketing professional, you will be joining a community of over 1,000,000 users, working to increase brand awareness and engaging with a vibrant online community.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine digital marketing strategies with the CMO.
  • Support social media management across Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, and X.
  • Develop digital content including blog posts, articles, and email marketing.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and work with Data Analysts to optimize campaigns.
  • Assist in performance marketing and manage online advertising campaigns using Google Ads.
  • Learn and apply SEO basics including keyword research and link building.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.

Our Process

  • CV Screening within 20 days of application.
  • A 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
  • A 45-minute video interview with the HR Manager and future supervisor.
