We are constantly observing the resources of students and graduates who aspire to join our Technology team. Candidates for this position will be contacted by our HR team without specifying a role, and your CV will be matched to your profile. For these junior Tech positions, we offer a contract with an annual remuneration of €24,000 to €28,000, depending on experience. You will be able to work completely remotely and, for this reason, we will provide you with a latest-generation MacBook at any time.

What You'll Do as a Junior Data Scientist

Within the Technology team, you will undertake diverse tasks such as:

• Machine Learning Algorithm Implementation: You will have the opportunity to implement and test machine learning algorithms, helping to develop intelligent solutions to business challenges. Specifically, together with our technology team, you will work on Joinrs AI: our Artificial Intelligence model that helps our community find jobs.
• Data Analysis and Modeling: You will participate in data analysis, develop predictive models, and help provide meaningful insights to improve business decisions.
• Data Visualization: You will learn to create clear and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate complex findings to different stakeholders. In particular, you will create interactive dashboards to better display data and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to the team, clients, investors, and all key stakeholders.
• Business Process Optimization: You will collaborate in identifying and optimizing business processes by applying data-driven solutions.
• Participation in Technology Brainstorming Sessions: You will participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and contribute to the identification of new opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
• Continuous Training and Staying Updated on Latest Trends: You will have access to continuous training programs to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Compensation

For all Junior Data Scientist positions, we offer a contract with an annual salary of €24,000 to €28,000. A salary review will be scheduled every six months, and your remuneration will grow rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into an ever-greater impact.

Selection Process

1. CV Review: The first step is a curriculum review (usually within 20 days of application).
2. Phone Interview: The second step will include a phone interview with our Human Resources Manager, lasting approximately 15 minutes.
3. Video Interview: The last step will be a video interview with both the Human Resources Manager and your future supervisor. We anticipate at least 45 minutes for this interview.
