The Enterprise Project Manager Role Entails

• Ensuring programs and projects are delivered within predefined schedules, scope, cost, budget, and resource expectations.
• Identifying key technical and project risks and issues, and proactively implementing mitigating actions.
• Maintaining a strong customer focus, collaborating with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers, providing necessary direction.
• Managing the delivery schedule of critical third-party deliverables for each project.
• Advocating for appropriate technologies from Canonical's diverse portfolio to customers.
• Driving overall project success while effectively managing associated risks.

What We Are Looking For In You

• Proven experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in leading cross-cultural, remote, and global project teams and customers.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline.
• Project Management Certification, preferably PMP or an equivalent credential.
• Agile Project Management certification, preferably Scrum Master or an equivalent credential.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for team meetings and events.
