Overview

The Data Analyst I role at Johnson Controls focuses on maintaining and innovating reporting systems and dashboards. You will upgrade reports into Power BI Dashboards, drive reporting standardization, and ensure data accuracy from various IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and design reports & dashboards; transition to Power BI.
  • Establish and maintain databases from SFDC, Workday, ERPs, and SIP.
  • Engage with HR and Finance for cross-functional reporting accuracy.
  • Perform business analytics and generate analytical findings for leadership.
  • Drive analytics tool usage and develop JCI data algorithms.
  • Facilitate communication and share best practices across APAC.
  • Support Commercial sales process rollouts and ad-hoc data requests.

What We Look For

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or equivalent with experience in business/service analytics, operations, or CRM. Proficiency in analytical tools like SQL, Tableau, MS Power BI, R, or Python is essential alongside strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required.
