About the Role
At Johnson & Johnson, health is everything. The Senior Technical Product Manager Global Service & Repair leads delivery for all MedTech business units' service and repair offerings for capital equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape squad vision and roadmap for impactful product delivery.
- Prioritize backlog by translating requirements into user stories.
- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure right builds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Experience in product management within medical device or healthcare technology.
- Understanding of regulatory environments and GxP.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems is a plus.
Work Locations
This role is available in Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Irvine, CA; Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; and Buckinghamshire, UK. Applications are considered as a single submission regardless of chosen location.
