At Johnson & Johnson, health is everything. The Senior Technical Product Manager Global Service & Repair leads delivery for all MedTech business units' service and repair offerings for capital equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape squad vision and roadmap for impactful product delivery.
  • Prioritize backlog by translating requirements into user stories.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure right builds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Experience in product management within medical device or healthcare technology.
  • Understanding of regulatory environments and GxP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems is a plus.

Work Locations

This role is available in Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Irvine, CA; Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; and Buckinghamshire, UK. Applications are considered as a single submission regardless of chosen location.
