Role Summary

The Senior Technical Product Manager Global Service & Repair is responsible for leading delivery for all MedTech business units focused on Service and Repair offerings for capital equipment. The role involves shaping user stories, driving innovation, and ensuring service excellence across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the squad vision and roadmap for impactful product delivery.
  • Prioritize the backlog and translate requirements into user stories.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure product relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service and product value.
  • Drive continuous improvement and oversee release and sprint planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of technical experience with proven product management leadership.
  • Strong experience in medical devices or healthcare technology sectors.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and GxP knowledge.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and analytical decision-making skills.

This position is available in multiple locations including Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Irvine, CA; Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; and Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. Applicants are encouraged to focus on their preferred geographic location.
