Role Overview - Senior Analyst Business Product Owner

This role supports the Canadian Customer Service organization by leading digital solution improvements, ensuring seamless system integration, error resolution, and platform adoption. It acts as a strategic partner between business units and IT for ERP (TIME), JJCC, and EDI operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-functional Collaboration: Liaise between Canadian operations, IT, and North American leadership. Gather and prioritize business requirements and partner with product owners.
  • System Implementation & Support: Lead UAT, feedback collection, deployment, post-launch support, and system performance monitoring.
  • Data & Analytics: Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and drive continuous process improvement.
  • EDI & Order Management: Manage daily EDI operations, onboarding, error resolution and oversee order-to-invoice flow.
  • Training & Compliance: Develop and deliver end-user training and ensure SOX compliance.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in end-to-end supply chain practices, project management, and technology implementations. Preferred expertise includes S4/HANA, EDI, and Sales Order Management.

Other Details

This role may require up to 10% domestic/international travel and being on-site 3 days a week, from the home office location. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
