About the Role
At Johnson & Johnson, we are committed to innovating healthcare solutions and improving patient outcomes. The Product Manager, Trauma will join our MedTech Orthopaedics (JJMTO) team to support our Trauma business on an 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract basis. This role is located in Markham, Ontario, Canada with a hybrid work schedule and potentially remote options on a case-by-case basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess marketing and promotional plans to ensure launch excellence.
- Coordinate market assessments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Uncover customer and patient insights for strategic planning.
- Develop and implement core brand strategies (4P's of Marketing).
- Support annual marketing, strategic and business planning.
- Co-lead RFP marketing strategies and support submissions.
- Partner with marketing, sales, regulatory, finance, supply chain, and other teams to execute plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
A university degree is required, with an MBA considered a strong asset. A minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience in marketing, sales, or business development is required. Prior experience in the orthopaedic industry and familiarity with the Canadian Healthcare environment are essential. Bilingual skills in French and English are an asset.
