Role Overview
The Manager, Business Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, evaluate, and translate user requirements into optimal solutions. The role involves creating clear documentation, driving agile processes, and supporting system training, user acceptance testing, and continuous discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Develop user-friendly documentation including personas, use cases, and journey maps.
- Support training and UAT while prioritizing system enhancements.
- Engage in market trend analysis and continuous process improvement.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and support digital solution adoption.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. At least 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industry is required. Expertise in business process analysis, design thinking, agile methodologies, and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau) is essential. Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams is desirable.
