Overview

The Digital Technology Project Lead at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for leading and implementing digital solutions at a local level in Leiden, Netherlands for a 12-month full time contract.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as project lead for new or existing digital solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budget, and resources.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Establish collaborations and review technical documentation.
  • Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Potentially serve as technical system owner for digital systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant technical fields.
  • 3-5 years experience in digital technology or data management.
  • Experience with industrial data historians and system connectivity.
  • Familiarity with lab automation systems and visualization platforms.
  • Knowledge in data integrity, cybersecurity, and digital platform deployment.
  • Experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Experience in biopharma and GxP/GLP environments is beneficial.
