Program Description

The Experienced HR Leadership Development Program (E-HRLDP) is a two-year full-time rotational program designed to develop HR leaders of the future. Participants gain unmatched broad-based experience, engage in strategic collaborations across various business functions, and are prepared for global HR leadership roles.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay is $138,000/year. Additional incentives include sign-on/early bonus opportunities, annual performance bonuses, and participation in comprehensive employee benefit programs including health insurance, savings, pension, vacation, sick time, and more.
