About the Role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Finance Team Lead - Supply Chain to support the Electrophysiology Supply Chain organization in Yokneam, Israel. This role is integral in managing CNIS reporting, forecasting, and enforcing robust financial processes for the HTC business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly financial close and forecast processes for CNIS.
  • Manage Intercompany Pricing (ICP) and support digital tool adoption.
  • Oversee department spending and coordinate with platform managers.
  • Administer Capital approval and Fixed Assets processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal financial policies.
  • Manage a team of three associates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA required, experience in Big 4 preferred.
  • Expertise in financial processes, SAP ERP systems, and analytics.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew.
  • Experience in cost accounting, trade compliance, and financial audits is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
