About The Role
This role supports the Digital Solutions team by defining and calculating the business value of digital applications used by the global regulatory team and other business functions. You will work to embed 3E (Experience, Effectiveness, Efficiency) value/adoption metrics during PI Planning, partner with development squads, baseline current-state processes, assess user adoption, and analyze enhancement impacts to deliver insightful data to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement baseline metrics for digital applications.
- Partner with product owners to define strategic indicators.
- Measure user adoption and feature performance with dashboards.
- Generate reports on system health and workflow performance.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and maintain data integrity.
- Acquire deep understanding of workflows and key applications.
Desired Skills And Qualifications
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL for report and query development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in analyzing business workflows and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Regulated industry experience is a plus.
