About the Associate Account Executive, Surgery Role
We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Account Executive, Surgery to be based in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities
- Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products, ensuring compliance with company policy and sales direction.
- Provide support to the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities.
- Upon successful completion of duties, become eligible to compete for an Account Executive role.
- Understand and demonstrate proper use of Ethicon products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting.
- Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner, leading customers to action.
- Manage customer product questions and objections consistent with sales training methodology.
- Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods.
- Provide case coverage, assisting surgeons with strategic platforms and products in the operating room.
- Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge.
- Conduct business in accordance with the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0 - 2 years of business experience.
- Ability to travel as necessary (potentially overnight and/or weekend) and/or relocate to an assigned geography.
- Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Established business planning and forecasting experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business.
- Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel.
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellence in process management and organizational agility.
- Documentation of successful sales performance.
- Ability to work effectively in an operating room environment.
