Role Overview

The Senior Technical Product Manager Global Service & Repair will lead the delivery for all MedTech business units focusing on Service and Repair offerings for capital equipment. You will shape user stories, drive innovation, and ensure excellence in service delivery across multiple regions to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the squad vision and roadmap.
  • Prioritize backlog and translate requirements into user stories.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure proper product delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Drive continuous improvement and facilitate planning sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality processes.
  • Engage stakeholders to balance business impact and technical feasibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Experience in product management or service strategy in medical device/healthcare technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and GxP knowledge.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Job Locations

This role can be based in Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Irvine, CA; Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; or Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. Applications will be considered as a single submission regardless of the posting.
