Senior Technical Product Manager

About the Role

The Senior Technical Product Manager at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine drives innovation and excellence for our MedTech Service and Repair offerings. This role is key to shaping strategy, translating requirements into actionable user stories, and guiding cross-functional squads to deliver products and platforms that impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the squad vision and roadmap for impactful product delivery.
• Prioritize backlogs by assessing business impact and technical feasibility.
• Act as the voice of the customer ensuring the squad builds the right solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams for service enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
• Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of technical experience, with proven experience in product management in the medical device or healthcare technology sector. Familiarity with regulatory environments, GxP compliance, and preferably exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems.
