Role Summary
The Oncology Sales Specialist Southern Florida is a field-based role reporting to a District Manager. You will sell oncology therapeutics, provide clinical support, prospect new business, and develop account strategies. This role demands a strong understanding of clinical efficacy, managed care dynamics, and customer relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell current and new oncology therapeutics with strategic planning.
- Provide clinical support and accurate product information.
- Prospect new business and develop account-specific strategies.
- Utilize virtual technology for customer engagement.
- Complete administrative and compliance responsibilities timely.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of two years of pharmaceutical or biologic sales experience, a valid driver's license, and strong relationship building skills. Preferred qualifications include hematology or rare disease specialty sales experience, product launch experience, and prior Multiple Myeloma experience.
Additional Information
This role involves extensive travel and requires on-site interactions in Southern Florida, with a preference for candidates located in Miami. All qualified applicants will receive consideration regardless of background.
