Job Description
We are expanding and seeking 3 additional Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to support our Immunology portfolio. This is a field-based role, and the territory will be 1/3 of Poland depending on the candidate's place of residence. The MSL will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and driving scientific exchange within their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a therapeutic area (TA) scientific expert, discussing products, patient treatment trends, and studies.
- Engage in peer-to-peer discussions with Leading Specialists (LS) to be a trusted scientific counterpart and scientific face of Johnson & Johnson Poland.
- Champion the medical value of products based on risk-benefit profiles and contribute to innovative therapeutic approaches.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEMAR, and Commercial teams to communicate product value and support market access.
- Collect and provide medical insights on scientific and treatment trends to strategic TA and Medical teams.
- Organize and participate in local Medical Education activities, including identifying and briefing speakers.
- Provide medical and product training and scientific support to field-based staff.
- Support clinical activities strategy, planning, design, and execution in cooperation with GCO.
- Manage investigator proposals for IISs and support post-marketing surveillance programs.
- Identify and address training needs for field-based staff and deliver training.

Requirements (knowledge, Education, Skills)
- Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical, or Nature Science university degree; a Medical Doctor degree is an advantage.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry of ≥ 2 years.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (local language Polish and English).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- Actively seeks and embraces innovative ideas and solutions.
- Proactive personality that can engage LSs in a peer-to-peer format.
- Skill and passion to analyze/interpret scientific data & publications.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, business writing, presenting, and listening).
- High level of ethical standards in business.

- The role is field-based, involving extensive local Leading Specialists interactions.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 221,000 PLN to 299,000 PLN. In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits: an annual bonus with set target (13% of pay) depending on pay grade/location, where the actual amount is based on employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year. Moreover, we offer vacation days, parental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well-being reimbursement, programs for financial, physical, and mental health. We also offer service anniversary and recognition awards, and subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees (and in some locations’ eligible dependents) can participate in several insurance plans.
