Role Overview

The Manager Business Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, evaluate, and translate user requirements into optimal solutions. This role requires strong analytic thinking, creative problem solving, and the ability to communicate technical needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate user requirements into clear, concise documentation.
  • Develop user-friendly solutions using agile and design thinking.
  • Support system training, UAT and regulatory platform enhancements.
  • Gather feedback and assess change requests for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business leaders for smooth implementations.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. At least 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare is required. Expertise in business process analysis, design thinking, agile methodologies, and regulatory compliance is essential.

Preferred Skills

  • Strategic business understanding and market trend analysis.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau.
  • Project management certification or familiarity with methodologies like Waterfall.
