Senior User Experience Researcher

Responsibilities

In this remote role based in Moline, IL, you will:

• Conduct end-user research to impact product design.
• Stay updated on emerging research methods and trends.
• Ensure the user voice is present in product development.
• Guide and execute moderate to high complexity research projects.
• Mentor less experienced UX Researchers and share insights.

Required Skills & Experience

Applicants should have experience in:

• Automotive automation research and human-machine interfaces.
• Mixed methods research including simulators, field evaluations, and usability testing.
• Quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SPSS, R, and Python.
• Using specialized tools like Tobii Pro Lab and Empatica E4.
• Iterative design processes in Agile/hybrid environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related field plus related experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Additional Information

This position is 100% remote with required domestic travel (50%) to meet customers and visit test sites.
