In a context of strong growth, we are recruiting a HubSpot Integrator to strengthen the IT team.

Your Missions

As a HubSpot Integrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, ensuring the reliability of, and evolving the HubSpot ecosystem and its associated automations, working directly with the technical lead. Your role is highly operational: you will intervene at the core of the tools to secure data, industrialize existing processes, and accelerate deployments to support the company's growth.

1. HubSpot Implementation and Structuring

• You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the existing HubSpot architecture:
  • Management of standard objects and custom objects
  • Creation and optimization of properties (data types, rules, validations)
  • Management of associations between objects
  • Configuration and optimization of pipelines (deals, transactions, etc.)
• You will implement defined HubSpot patterns:
  • Structuring of objects
  • Naming conventions
  • Mapping logic
• You will optimize the existing setup:
  • Cleaning and refactoring of unused properties
  • Simplification of associations
  • Improvement of readability and overall performance

2. HubSpot Automations & Make

• You will implement and maintain advanced automations:
  • Complex HubSpot Workflows (multi-object, conditional, status synchronization)
  • Updating calculated properties
• You will design and maintain advanced Make scenarios:
  • API Connections (REST)
  • Webhooks
  • Real-time or batch synchronization
  • Error handling and automatic recovery
• You will duplicate and adapt existing automations for:
  • New offers
  • New use cases
  • New events (webinars, seminars, challenges)

3. Integrations & Data Flows

• You will ensure the reliability of integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools:
  • Payment tools (Stripe, Hotmart, others to come)
  • Finance / invoicing tools
  • Marketing and event tools
• You will manage data mapping between systems:
  • Data format normalization
  • Status management
  • Bi-directional data synchronization

4. Financial Data & Transactions

• You will optimize and maintain financial flows in HubSpot:
  • Transactions
  • Payments
  • Refunds
  • Financial statuses
• You will structure objects and properties related to finance and ensure consistency between:
  • Payment processors
  • HubSpot
  • Financial / accounting exports (Xero)
• You will automate recurring financial processing via Make.

5. IT Support & Technical Support

• You will handle part of the operational IT support:
  • IT onboarding and offboarding
  • Management of accesses, licenses, and security (HubSpot, Google, Slack, Kajabi, various tools)
  • Occasional technical support during events and challenges
  • Maintenance and evolution of existing automations
  • Progressive automation of remaining manual processes

Profile Sought

Experience

• Significant experience as a HubSpot Integrator, ideally in an integration agency, IT consulting firm, scale-up, or tech environment.
• Proven experience with complex HubSpot ecosystems, involving numerous automations and integrations.
• Comfortable in structured environments with reliability and volume challenges.

Skills

• Strong technical HubSpot expertise:
  • Custom objects
  • Advanced properties
  • Associations
  • Complex workflows
• Excellent command of Make:
  • Advanced scenarios
  • REST APIs
  • Webhooks
  • Error management
• Good understanding of finance/payment flows.
• Proficient in multi-tool environments.
• Basic low-code/JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
