As a Senior Data and Technology Consultant at ConQuaestor, you will work on digital transformations with demonstrable impact. You will combine finance, data, and technology, utilizing your analytical skills to help organizations move forward concretely. You will take initiative, introduce new ideas, and develop yourself towards a role with more responsibility and influence within projects and our practice.

What you will do

You will work on complex issues at the intersection of finance and technology. You will:

• Contribute to transformation programs within finance and data.
• Analyze data, processes, and technology, and translate insights into concrete, workable solutions.
• Support strategy and implementation in the areas of digitalization, Data & AI, ESG, and cloud.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams and independently take responsibility for project components.
• Prepare presentations, workshops, and advisory reports, and support client interaction.
• Actively share knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues.

You are a fit for the job if you have:

• 4-6 years of experience in consultancy or a similar role, with a focus on finance, data, or technology.
• Strong analytical skills and are energized by complex issues.
• Ambition to grow and take more ownership.
• Strong communication skills and can effectively engage stakeholders.
• Curiosity about new technologies and their practical application.
