Your Responsibilities
- Permanent deputization for the store manager during their absence.
- Competent customer consultation and support, including professional complaint and returns management.
- Ensuring product availability in the store, including placing orders.
- Appealing merchandise presentation and correct price labeling.
- Daily assurance of store standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the store manager in interpreting various reports and deriving/implementing measures to achieve targets.
- Ensuring compliance with high quality guidelines for cleanliness, maintenance, etc.
- Functional leadership of store employees and limited disciplinary responsibility in the store manager's absence.
- Freshness and quality checks in compliance with legal regulations and HACCP provisions.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, e.g., in retail or gastronomy, is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in retail, preferably food retail, and/or gastronomy.
- Leadership experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Passion for food, a good sense for quality and freshness.
- Enjoy interacting with people and excellent customer orientation.
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
- Reliability, resilience, and teamwork skills.
- Economic mindset.
- Proficient German language skills.
