The Role: Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our desktop platform. This is a key role combining product strategy, user research, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, with direct impact on millions of gamers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap based on deep user understanding and market research.
- Gather requirements, write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and lead end-to-end product development.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Manage sprints, prioritize tasks, and maintain the product backlog.
- Measure and analyze product success using defined KPIs.
- Continuously research gaming industry trends and loyalty systems.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong B2C background — mandatory.
- Proven experience leading and launching digital products; gaming or loyalty experience is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of UX principles — mandatory.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, including A/B testing — mandatory.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
