About the Role

The Senior Product Owner - AI & ML at ADCB is responsible for defining and driving the strategic roadmap for AI/ML products aligned with ADCB’s transformation agenda. The role involves translating Generative AI strategy into prioritized initiatives, leading cross-functional squads, and delivering secure, compliant, and high-impact AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI/ML products.
  • Translate Generative AI strategy into scalable solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional squads and manage multi-squad backlogs.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks for LLMs and agentic workflows.
  • Set KPIs, ROI, and ethical benchmarks.
  • Integrate observability tools to monitor AI performance and compliance.
  • Act as the key interface between AI squads and senior business stakeholders.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business narratives for executive leadership.
  • Evaluate emerging AI trends and lead adoption of new tools like LangChain, Pinecone, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Manage team performance and adhere to ADCB’s people management policies.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI, digital platforms, or enterprise technology solutions. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CSPO, SAFe) are preferred. Experience in agile portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory and ethical AI considerations is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Pinecone is necessary.
