Overview

Susquehanna's trading internship provides a distinctive opportunity to learn about quantitative trading. Interns split their day between working on a trading desk and attending classroom sessions, gaining deep exposure to trading and quantitative decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and plan to begin full-time employment by August 2027. Applicants need exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills. General computer skills are required, with programming a plus. A demonstrated interest in strategic games or competitive activities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment are essential. Visa sponsorship is available.
