Team / Division Overview

The DWS real estate group in San Francisco is hiring an analyst to provide quantitative and qualitative support for Portfolio Managers and Asset Managers nationally. You will work with a portfolio of 15-25 properties across office, industrial, multi-family and retail sectors.

Role Details

  • Compile underwriting using Argus and Excel for multi-year planning and strategy reviews.
  • Prepare Investment Committee presentations for financings, leasing and dispositions.
  • Analyze leasing opportunities and sensitivities via ARGUS, NPV analyses and market research.
  • Collaborate with property management, engineering, transactions, and research teams.
  • Lead external appraisal process and complete internal valuations.
  • Support the transition of newly acquired properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with strong academic record (GPA requested).
  • Industry experience is preferred with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to multi-task and communicate.
  • Real estate work experience is an advantage.
