Your Responsibilities
We are looking for you as an Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our Frankfurt location, with the flexibility to work hybrid.
- Ensure stable application operation for applications managed in Department 2 (Operations Management Sales Systems).
- Operate the process domains Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Request Fulfillment.
- Support the continuous development of monitoring and deployment automation.
- Contribute to the integration of new and existing applications into cloud infrastructures.
- Participate and support IT projects concerning technical operations and clarification of operational requirements.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Fachinformatiker).
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (RedHat Linux, Windows) and database administration (Postgres, Oracle, MS-SQL).
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, Kubernetes, Podman, Docker).
- Initial experience with job scheduling systems (Tivoli Work Scheduler, UC4).
- Process orientation (ITIL).
