Your Team

Our Data and AI community currently brings together 300 experts (Data Strategists, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, PO Data, etc.) in France, covering the entire value chain, from strategy to execution, to support our clients across all their businesses and entities in their "data transformation".

Your Missions

As a consultant, you will dive into an exciting and diverse range of consulting assignments for our key clients, covering various sectors including industry, finance, retail, and the public sector. We work with both SMEs and CAC 40 companies.

The projects you will be involved in will cover a wide range of Data Management activities: Data Strategy, Data Quality management, Master Data management, data cataloging and modeling, BI & Analytics initiatives, support for Data projects, etc. As these capabilities are interdependent, we offer our consultants the opportunity to develop skills across the different components of data governance.

Under the supervision and guidance of a manager or an experienced consultant, you will contribute to various assignments with key players in data management: CDO and Data Offices, operational stakeholders, Data projects, Business Departments, etc.:

  • Contribution to the definition and implementation of an organization's Data Strategy
  • Deployment and operationalization of the data governance framework
  • Creation/redesign of Data & Metadata Architecture
  • Leveraging GenAI to improve data governance practices
  • Audit of an organization's data maturity
  • Management of quality, metadata, master data, and security
  • Support for the deployment of structuring data initiatives (Data Mesh, Data Marketplace)
  • Change management, training, and employee acculturation
  • Etc.

We offer our consultants the opportunity to also evolve on assignments handled by other divisions of the Data BU: Data Analytics & Products, AI & Data Science, Data Sustainability, Enterprise Architecture.

Your Profile

  • Mastery of English and French in a professional context.
  • Knowledge of the main data governance capabilities (DMBoK).
  • Technical skills for manipulating and analyzing data.
  • Aptitude in analysis and understanding of business processes & needs.
  • Proficiency in data management and governance topics, in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Data Offices, Business contacts, Data Factory, Data Platform, etc.
  • Knowledge and potential experience with data visualization or data management tools (DQM, MDM, Data catalog, etc.).
  • Ability to integrate into a client intervention team and collaborate actively with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in data modeling and visualization.

Desired Training, Skills, and Experience:

  • University or business school degree (Computer Science / Engineering / Business), preferably Master's level (Bac +5).
  • Ability to understand and address data-related issues.
  • Proactivity in developing solutions.
  • Results-oriented and focused on solving business challenges.
  • Autonomy, pragmatism, and responsiveness.
  • Listening, analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Interest in facilitating workshops.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to different audiences.
