Your Future Role

As an Assistant in the Operations Team at NetZero Academy, you will support our daily operations, ensuring our participants and instructors have a best-in-class learning and teaching experience. Your responsibilities will be diverse:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants and instructors, addressing inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of our courses.
  • Manage smooth background operations and contribute to process optimization and automation.
  • Undertake exciting special projects.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales and Product teams to achieve shared objectives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the operational side of a fast-growing ClimateTech company and actively contribute to improving our internal processes, tools, and overall user experience.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure efficient processing of customer inquiries.
  • Actively participate in finding solutions for our customers.
  • Perform regular support and operational tasks with care and precision.
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily operational processes.
  • Assist in conducting online exam proctoring or introductory events.
