Post and Missions
We are looking for a Multimedia Graphic Designer H/F to join the Content Factory department within the Communication Directorate. You play a transversal role in the design and production of creative communication materials that bring our brand to life. Your mission is to design impactful visual and audiovisual content, while ensuring consistency with the BRED Banque Populaire brand identity.
Graphic Design
- Create and produce a wide range of visual content in line with the brand territory: Infographics, posters, brochures, templates, etc.
- Photo shooting and retouching
- Creation of visual identities
- Creation of content for social media as needed
- Search for visuals consistent with the different B2B and B2C target audiences
- Follow creative trends and propose innovative formats
Audiovisual Creation and Post-Production
- Shooting (reports, interviews) and post-production (editing, subtitles, graphic and sound integration)
- Creation of video content in motion design
- Adaptation of existing content for multi-channel use
Profile and Required Skills
Training
- Degree in graphic design, audiovisual production, communication.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the banking/insurance sector.

- Organized and demonstrates reactivity and adaptability.
- Versatile with a strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Appreciates teamwork with relational qualities.
Required Skills
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) / Canva
- Solid skills in video editing and post-production (motion design, subtitles, sound).
- Proven experience in photography and photo retouching.
