About the Full-Funnel-Consultant Role
As a Full-Funnel-Consultant you will advise clients strategically in the AI marketing era. You will develop robust concepts, translate complex requirements into clear strategies, and guide clients through all relevant touchpoints both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop holistic branding, marketing, and sales concepts across the funnel.
- Provide strategic advice on both online and offline channels.
- Analyze market, competition, and target audience data.
- Communicate with clients via presentations and workshops.
- Identify up- and cross-selling potential.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and classify AI development trends.
Requirements
You should have at least 5 years of experience in direct customer contact and strategic consulting. A thorough understanding of business models and profitable funnel strategies is required, along with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Team & Environment
You will join the Marketing Concepts-Unit led by COO Timo Brümmer, working alongside experienced key account managers, supported by interns or freelancers. The role offers an environment with quick decision-making, flexible work arrangements, and a team spirit that values collaboration.
Interview Process
The hiring process includes two interviews; one in a small group and a second round with future colleagues. Interviews can be conducted via Teams or in-person at our office in Hamburg (Schanze).
