Overview
Our client, a leading Asset Manager, is seeking a Financial Crime Policy and Third Party Specialist to join their Financial Crime team in London.
Responsibilities
- Provide input into Group-wide financial crime standards (AML activities).
- Coordinate AML activities to implement Group Policy and Standards.
- Assess the impact of policy updates on 1LoD AML and business teams.
- Maintain in-house AML processes and procedures in line with company policies.
- Manage waiver, dispensation and exemptions processes.
- Respond to and manage queries from business teams regarding AML Policy and Standards.
- Oversee outsourced Financial Crime controls including those performed by TPAs/TAs.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks and Terms of Reference for TPA Financial Crime forums.
- Coordinate supplier governance meetings and ensure third-party AML policies align with standards and regulatory expectations.
Requirements
Previous experience within AML and Third Parties is preferred.
