About the role
Chargé ADV - Administration des Ventes
Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) Administration des Ventes pour rejoindre une équipe ADV de 5 personnes au sein d'une société spécialisée dans des solutions SaaS combinant prestations de services et livraisons de matériel, avec une clientèle majoritairement composée de collectivités territoriales.
Missions principales :
- Vérifier les commandes (cohérence, modalités de paiement, traitement et paramétrage dans SAP).
- Suivre les livraisons et les prestations en s'assurant de leur bonne réalisation et du respect des calendriers avec les équipes Delivery.
- Réaliser la facturation via SAP (éditer, vérifier, envoyer).
- Accompagner les clients dans le traitement et le suivi de leurs demandes liées à la facturation.
- S'assurer du paiement des factures et collaborer avec le Cash Collection Specialist en cas de problématique.
- Saisir et mettre à jour les données de reporting.
Profil recherché :
Autonome, proactif(ve), rigoureux(se), doté(e) d'un bon esprit de collaboration et d'une vraie capacité à aller chercher l'information en interne.
Compétences requises :
- La maîtrise de SAP est indispensable.
- La pratique de l'espagnol ou de l'anglais est un plus.
