About the Role

As a Business Analyst Asset Management at Quanteam, you will work within a dynamic asset management firm. You will collaborate with business teams (management, risk, compliance, middle office, operations, etc.) and IT to drive improvements in tools, processes, and systems used in asset management.

Your Missions

You will:

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for transversal projects.
  • Write functional specifications and help design adapted solutions.
  • Coordinate project stakeholders, monitor development, and organize UAT tests.
  • Optimize business processes through efficiency, automation, and digitalization.
  • Support deployment of new tools such as CRM, PMS, and internal systems.
  • Keep abreast of developments in asset management including regulatory and technological changes.

Your Profile

Qualified with a degree from a top business or engineering school or a Master 2 in finance, economics, or information systems, you bring 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Consultant, preferably in the financial sector. Solid analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, are required. Familiarity with reporting, database, or analysis tools like Power BI and SQL is a plus, along with a good command of English.
