Role Overview

This role supports the enterprise initiative to transition from legacy systems (EDC, IVRS, and planning data in Siebel) to Veeva CTMS. The candidate will work closely with the ClinOps business team and serve as the primary business lead for the Veeva CTMS implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ClinOps to understand and improve current processes.
  • Support migration of data from Siebel to Veeva CTMS.
  • Coordinate between business and IT teams, including Accenture and the Veeva implementation partner.
  • Work with QA to resolve techno-functional queries from stakeholders.
  • Lead the Subject ID generation process and propose process improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
