Template Designer

This role is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain templates using the internal template design tool.
- Build and enhance templates used for Claims and Pre-Estimate Letters.
- Assist in migrating existing Crystal Reports templates into the new system.
- Implement business rules, conditional logic, and dynamic content in templates.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate outputs.
- Troubleshoot template logic, formatting, and data integration issues.
- Work with QA and development teams to validate template outputs and ensure quality.
- Support template modernization and automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience with MS SQL (stored procedures, functions, queries).
- Programming experience to implement rules and logic within templates.
- Experience with procedural programming concepts.
- Understanding of Crystal Reports (hands-on not required; conceptual knowledge acceptable).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple templates/projects.
