About the Role: Technical Writer

Our client, TalTeam, is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to develop essential documentation for software applications, including user guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This is a direct client requirement for a remote position based out of Washington D.C.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of solid technical writing experience, specifically in software application user guides and SOPs. If you do not hold a B.S. degree, 7+ years of solid technical writing experience in these areas is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise with MS Word is essential.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is a must.
  • Strong user experience with SharePoint, as it serves as the client's primary document repository.
  • Experience with JIRA is a nice-to-have.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is also a nice-to-have.
  • Prior experience developing user guides and SOPs for healthcare applications is highly beneficial.
  • Experience developing documentation for enterprise-level software and applications is ideal.
  • Experience working on a similar AI Chat Bot consumption project would be a strong asset.
